Sobha Developersltd

We are over at Plot No. 203 in the Lakshmi Apartments II. Sobha Developersltd has been here for a while. It's a decent spot near Eptri in Gachibowlli. Hyderabad is a busy place these days, especially with all the new buildings and traffic getting worse every year. Our office is easy to find if you know where the apartments are. It’s not a huge corporate office, just a workspace where we handle our business. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at papers. Being in Andhra Pradesh has its own pace. Some days are slower than others. We like being near Eptri because it's a landmark people recognize. The pincode here is 500019. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we do. It’s just us working hard and staying busy in the city. You might see us grabbing lunch at one of the stalls nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is running okay at the office. We’ve been at this address long enough that the neighbors know us. There is always a lot of dust from the road, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. It is a good place to be.
