Our office for Sobha Developers Ltd. is located at Sh-365 in the Scientist's Hostel within the DRDO Township. It’s a bit of a unique spot to be in, right here in the Kanchan Bagh area of Hyderabad. Being in a township like this means things are quite organized and secure, which we appreciate. The address 500058 is where we do all our planning and administrative work. It’s not your typical commercial building, but it provides a quiet environment where we can actually get things done without too many distractions. Most of the people around us are researchers or staff from the township, so it's a very professional yet relaxed atmosphere. We’ve set up our workspace to be functional above all else. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of space for the large-scale drawings we use. Even though we are in a hostel building, we run a serious operation. Hyderabad is a city that’s growing incredibly fast, and being tucked away in Kanchan Bagh gives us a good base to work from. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather focus our energy on the actual development work we do outside these walls. Most of our meetings happen either here or on the construction sites we are managing. It’s a practical arrangement that has worked well for us over the years. We keep things low-key and just focus on the task at hand.
