Snmatrix Software Private Limited is based out of Manikonda, specifically in Flat 507 of SM Sai Hills. Manikonda is a bit of a climb with all those hills, but it’s a good area to be in. We’re located at Sy.No 262. Our office is basically a residential flat that we've set up with desks and monitors. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we’re just a small team doing our thing. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the screens. We usually just bring our lunch from home or grab something from the local shops downstairs. The commute here can be a bit tricky because of the narrow roads, but once you're inside, it's pretty calm. We spend our hours writing code and fixing whatever bugs pop up. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in t-shirts and jeans. It’s just easier that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office layout or expensive furniture. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. The fans hum in the background while we work, and we keep a stash of tea bags in the kitchen for the afternoons. It’s a straightforward life here in Manikonda, just putting in the hours day by day to keep things running.
