Sngc India Pvt Ltd runs out of an apartment in Moti Nagar. We are in Flat 303 at the Motikalyan Apartments. It is a bit different from working in a high-rise office building, but we like the quiet of the residential area. The apartment building is easy enough to find once you get into Moti Nagar. We have converted the main rooms into our working area. It feels a bit like home, which is nice because we spend so many hours here every day. Hyderabad can be quite loud, but tucked away in these apartments, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just come up to the third floor and ring the bell. Usually, one of us will let you in. We have our files stacked up in the corner and a few desks pushed together. It gets the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a simple life here. We handle our business, chat during our breaks, and try to keep things moving. Moti Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central without being right in the middle of the traffic chaos. We are just a group of people working together in a regular apartment space. It’s not about having a fancy address, just about having a place to work where we can be productive.
