If you’re driving down the Bypass Road near Vidyanagar, you might pass by where we work. Snehasheeli Builder and Developers Private Limited is based at Survey Number 71/R. It’s a busy spot with a lot of trucks and cars going by all day. We do building and development, which basically means we spend our time looking at plots of land and figuring out how to put something useful on them. It’s a lot of paperwork at the start and then a lot of physical labor once the digging begins. We don't really have a glossy office with leather chairs. It’s more about blueprints, measuring tapes, and maps. Being on the Bypass Road makes it easier to get our equipment where it needs to go. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but you get used to it. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local group trying to make a living by building things that stay standing. We've had some long days and some short ones, depending on how the weather treats us or if the supplies arrive. There’s no magic to it, just keeping an eye on the budget and making sure the workers know what the plan is for the day. We’ve been in Vidyanagar long enough to know the local rhythms. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. We aren't much for talk.
