Our office and lab space is where we spend the bulk of our time working on different medicinal formulas and chemical processes. It’s a serious environment because of the nature of the work, but we try to keep the atmosphere friendly among the staff. The Jubilee Hills area is usually quite busy, especially around school pick-up and drop-off times, so we’ve learned to plan our deliveries around that. Inside, it's a mix of white coats and office desks. We have people who have been with us since the start and others who just joined recently. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture or anything like that; we'd rather put that into the equipment we use for our work. Every day there's a new set of tests to run or a batch of reports to finish up. We just stick to our routine and make sure we’re following the protocols we have in place. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We aren't looking for awards or anything, just doing the work that needs to be done in the pharma sector from our little corner of Road No. 71. We keep things simple and professional here.
