It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, which we actually prefer. Our office is a basic room with some desks and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. We focus on infrastructure development, which basically means we spend our time thinking about roads, pipes, and buildings. It’s a lot of math and a lot of logistics. We don’t have a marketing department to write fancy things about us. We’re just a small crew. Sometimes we get frustrated with the bureaucracy or the weather, but that’s just how this industry is. We like the fact that we can see the results of our work in the physical world. There’s no corporate polish here—if you come by, you’ll see us in our everyday clothes, probably looking a bit tired. We eat lunch at the small canteen nearby and talk about the next steps for whatever site we’re currently managing. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We know the local land and the way things work in Rajendarnagar. We’ve stayed here because it’s where our roots are. We don't need a high-rise office to do what we do. We just need a solid plan and a bit of hard work.
