We are right in the thick of all that movement. Being developers, we spend a lot of our time out looking at land and different buildings, but this office is where all the paperwork and planning happens. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular building in a residential colony. We have a lot of maps of the city and different project folders piled up on the desks. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once to talk about property or look at plans. We do not have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for the weather and get to work. The heat in Hyderabad can be quite something in the summer, so we are always grateful for the shade in Netaji Nagar. We have been operating from this side of town for a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth. We do not go for big marketing displays. We just stay here, drink our coffee, and work on our projects.
