You can find us at Flat 104 in the Srikalki Arcade building. Madhapur is always buzzing with people and cars, so being here feels right in the middle of everything in Hyderabad. We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people in suits. It’s just a small team in an apartment-style office. We spend most of our time looking at code or talking about how a certain app should behave. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we're all debating a solution, but usually, it's just the sound of typing and some light music. We started Smilesys because we liked the tech side of things and wanted to do it our own way without all the red tape you see in bigger places. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, and the lighting could be a lot better, but the work gets done. We often stay late if a project is nearing a deadline, usually fueled by local snacks we pick up from the street vendors downstairs. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, but we figure it out together. We don't have a marketing team to write these things, so this is just us. We deal with technology every day, but we try not to lose that human touch. If a client calls, they talk to one of us, not some automated machine or a call center. That's just how we prefer to run things here. It's simple and it works.
