Smartgroom-Council For Software Skill Development And Management Training

We run Smartgroom out of 80/2, 4th Avenue in Ashok Nagar. It’s a mouthful of a name, but basically, we focus on software skills and management training. We aren't some big university or a high-end institute. It is more like a place where people can come to actually learn how to do things. We have a few rooms set up for training and some computers that have seen better days but still work fine for what we need. Ashok Nagar is a good location because it is easy for people to get to. We spend our days teaching folks the basics and some advanced stuff too, depending on who walks through the door. Training people is a lot of work and requires a lot of patience from us. Sometimes we get frustrated when things don't go as planned, but that is just part of the process of learning. We don't use a lot of fancy teaching methods or high-tech gear. We just show people how the software works and let them try it for themselves until they get it. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find out about us because a friend told them we were doing okay work. We just want to help people get better at what they do so they can find jobs. We keep things grounded and practical here on 4th Avenue. It works for us.
