Smaions Infra Projects (Opc) Private Limited

You can find us over at P No 41 / P in the Himagiri Colony. That’s in Gandam Guda, which is part of the Rangareddi area. Smaions Infra Projects is an OPC, so it’s a pretty small operation. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We focus on local infrastructure work. The office is really just a quiet place where we can handle the billing and look at site plans. Gandam Guda is a bit out of the way, which we actually like because it’s not as loud as the city center. We started this business because there was so much new construction starting up around here. It felt like a good time to get involved. We don't have a big marketing plan. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or saw our signs on a road project. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job so we can get hired for the next one. Sometimes we spend all day driving between different sites and the office, which is tiring. Dealing with contractors can be a struggle, but it’s part of the trade. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the paperwork. We’re just regular folks working hard and trying to make the business last. It isn't always perfect, but we’re here every day doing our best.
