Our spot is on the fifth floor of the Silver Castle building, right there in Yusuf Tekri. It’s a busy part of Tolichowki, and the view from the window is mostly just more buildings and the constant flow of traffic below. We started Sm Innotech because we had some ideas about how to use technology a bit better in daily work. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of cables running across the floor that we keep meaning to tie up properly. It’s usually quiet inside because everyone is focused on their monitors, though the occasional loud conversation about a bug or a new piece of hardware breaks the silence. We get our lunch from the stalls downstairs most days. The food in this area is great, which is probably the best part about working here. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and the building gets really quiet after the other offices close up. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It’s more about just figuring things out as we go and making sure the stuff we build actually works for the people using it. It can be frustrating when things don't go as planned, but that's just part of the job. We’ve been in this Hyderabad location for a while and it feels like home now. We don't have fancy titles, we just get the work done.
