Skyup Solutions Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 146 in Aparnas Palm Grove. That’s out in Kompally, which is part of the Medchal area in Hyderabad. It’s a bit further out from the city center, but it’s a lot greener and more peaceful here. We decided to set up our office here because we didn't want to be stuck in the middle of the heavy city noise every day. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for quite a long time. We aren’t a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We work out of this space and try to keep things organized. It’s a Private Limited setup, which helps with the paperwork side of things. Most of our days are spent at our computers, drinking tea, and trying to get through our tasks. Kompally is growing fast though, so it’s getting busier every year. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet slows down, but we just deal with it. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big mission statements. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical way of working. We like the community here in Palm Grove. It’s a decent place to be based. We are just regular people trying to build something that lasts without all the corporate nonsense.
