It’s a familiar neighborhood for many of us, and we’ve set up our office here to manage our development projects. We aren't a giant corporation; we are just a group of people who enjoy working on real estate and building things. Our office is a simple place where we sit down to discuss blueprints and talk to clients who are looking for new places. SR Nagar is a lively area with lots of students and small businesses, so there is always a lot of energy around. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and the various sites we are working on. Being a developer means you have to keep track of a lot of moving parts, like materials, workers, and all the legal paperwork that comes with land. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely more stressful than others when things don't go exactly as planned. But we just take it one day at a time. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. We just show the work we do and let that be it. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at construction sites.
