Our office is located out in Bachupalli, inside the Srikasani Krishna Enclave. Specifically, we are at Villa No: 24, which makes the workplace feel more like a home than a sterile office environment. Sk Infotech Spectrum India Privatelimited is the name on our registration, but to us, it’s just the place where we work. Being in a villa means we have a bit more space and even a little garden area outside. It’s a lot nicer than being stuck in a high-rise building with no windows that open. We handle a variety of tech tasks throughout the week. The team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no boss who stays in a separate room; we all sit together at the same big table. Bachupalli is a bit far from the main city center, which means it’s quieter, though the commute can be a bit long for some of us. We have our own kitchen where we make tea several times a day. We don’t have a website that’s full of big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s an honest way to work. The atmosphere is calm, and we try not to let things get too hectic. We keep our desks cluttered with notebooks and old coffee mugs, but it feels like a real place.
