We are based at Plot No.16 in the Silicon Valley area of Madhapur. Even though the name of the area sounds like it’s full of glass buildings, our spot is a bit more grounded. Sj Games Private Limited is where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just people who like making things. Madhapur is always moving fast, with people rushing everywhere, but inside our office, we try to keep things at a steady pace. The office has a few posters on the walls and plenty of hardware lying around. It’s the kind of place where you might trip over a wire if you aren't careful. We don't have a janitor or a fancy kitchen; we just clean up after ourselves and order food when we're hungry. Some days are stressful when things don't work the way they should, but that’s just part of the job. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or long-term strategies that never happen. We just look at what needs to be done today and do it. Being in Telangana gives us access to a lot of talent, but we prefer keeping our team small and tight-knit. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our lives simple. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized enough to avoid mistakes. It works for us.
