Our office is out in Plot No 284 in the Doyen Township area of Serilingampalli, Hyderabad. It is a bit far from the main city traffic, which we actually prefer because it is much quieter out here. The township is a nice place to work, though it has grown quite a lot since we first moved in. Our building is pretty plain on the outside. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks with computers and some old chairs that we’ve had for years. We do software work, so mostly we are just sitting there typing away or talking about code. We are a small crew, so we don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. We just manage things ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we have a backup to keep things going. Serilingampalli is a fast-changing part of Hyderabad, but Plot 284 feels like a steady spot for us. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, so we usually just walk to a nearby shop when we need a break. The office can get a little cluttered with old hardware and papers, but we know where everything is. It is a relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or anything. We just come in, do the technical work, and go home. It is a basic setup, but it suits what we do perfectly. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
