Our little operation is set up at F No: 103, Plot No: 19/A in Santhivanam Township. That’s over in Hayathnagar, out towards the Rangareddi side. We do a mix of things here, from the actual building work to the interior stuff and general development. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we like the variety. Being in a township like Santhivanam means we are close to where people actually live. We see the daily life of the neighborhood every time we step out. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s usually just us answering the phone and heading out to the latest site. The interior side of things is interesting because you get to see how a house really becomes a home once the walls are up. We’ve worked on quite a few spots around Hayathnagar now. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we’re trying to finish up a job before the rains come or something like that. We just try to do honest work and keep the projects moving forward. It’s a small family-style business, really. We know our neighbors and the people we build for. It’s not corporate; it’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, from our office in the township. We enjoy seeing things come together from start to finish.
