Sivas Soft Solutions Private Limited is our little company over in Kalyan Nagar. You can find us at H.NO.8-3-167/D/239/G1, which is on Plot Number 239. It’s a ground floor setup, which makes it easy to move equipment in and out. We’ve been working on software solutions for a while now. The office is pretty basic, with a few rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only we understand. We aren't into the whole corporate culture of long meetings and suits. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts to the office. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the work seriously. Hyderabad is a big city for tech, but we like our corner in Kalyan Nagar because it feels a bit more like a community. We know the people in the neighboring buildings. Sometimes we have issues with the plumbing or the street noise, but we just deal with it and keep going. The team is good at what they do, and we’ve built some solid relationships with our customers over the years. We don't have a marketing team to tell our story, we just have our work and this office. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far in the 500038 area. We don't plan on moving anytime soon because we like the local vibe and the people around us.
