Sivananda Projects

Sivananda Projects is based over in Barkatpura, at 3-4-526/14. It’s a lively area with plenty of stuff going on all the time. Our office is tucked away, providing us with a place to manage the various projects we have on the go. Most of our work involves planning out developments and making sure the construction side of things stays on track. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of time spent on the phone and dealing with the local authorities to get everything approved. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local landscape pretty well. We aren't interested in sounding like some high-flying firm from a movie. We’re just a group of people who know how to get projects completed. Barkatpura is a convenient spot for us, and we like the local shops nearby for our lunch breaks. The office itself is pretty basic—desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. If there’s a delay, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that more than a bunch of excuses. Our days are full, and by the time we head home, we feel like we’ve put in a solid effort. It’s a modest operation, but we take pride in staying busy and keeping things moving forward. Every project has its own set of quirks, but we just keep at it until the job is done.
