If you have ever been to Begumpet, you know it is right in the middle of everything. Our address is a little complicated with all the numbers and slashes, so we often have to tell people to look for the specific gate. The space we work in is quite small and filled with the things we've gathered over the years. It’s not a modern office with glass walls; it’s more like a traditional room where work gets done. We have a few desks and a lot of paper. Sita Ram has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We don't spend money on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just handle the requests that come in and try to keep our customers satisfied in a simple way. The noise of the city is always there, but inside the office, we just focus on the computer screens. Sometimes we have a snack from the vendor downstairs. It’s an honest, basic way to run a business. We don't have a lot of rules, we just know what needs to be finished by the end of the day.
