F&B Attendant In Novotel Hyderabad

I have been working as an F&B attendant over at the Novotel in Hitex for quite some time now. My name is Kiran and if you have ever spent time in the lobby or grabbed a meal at the restaurant there, we have likely crossed paths. It is a very busy place, especially with all the big conventions and the travelers coming through the Madapur area of Hyderabad. My day usually involves a lot of different tasks that people might not notice. It is not just about carrying heavy trays or setting up tables for the next group, though I do plenty of that. Most of the time, I am just making sure that the guests get their coffee when they need it or helping the kitchen staff when the lunch rush starts to get overwhelming. It is a fast-paced environment and the shifts can be pretty long. My feet are usually quite tired by the time I head home, but that is just how it is when you work in hospitality. I enjoy seeing the different people who come through the doors every day. Each shift feels a bit different from the last. One morning I might be serving a quick breakfast to someone in a hurry for a meeting, and then that evening I am helping with a big family dinner. We try to keep everything moving as smoothly as we can manage. There is a lot of coordination that goes on behind the scenes. I just focus on staying on top of the orders and keeping the dining area looking okay. It is honest work and I have learned a lot being here at Novotel.
