Our place is on the second floor of the GKR Phoenix Tower, which is at Plot No 270 M2 in SR Nagar. It’s right in that busy stretch near Ameerpet. Being on the second floor, we get to see all the traffic and people moving below us. It’s a good spot to be if you want to stay connected to what’s happening in the city. We focus on homes and development, and our office is usually full of maps and material samples. It’s a bit of a working mess sometimes, but that’s because we are always in the middle of something. We don't have a PR person or anyone to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get with us. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of taking a piece of land and turning it into something people can live in. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of dealing with local authorities, but we’re used to it. We don't use fancy slogans. We just work on the projects we have and look for the next one when we’re ready. If you come by the Phoenix Tower, you’ll find us probably arguing over a design or laughing about something that happened on-site. We’re just regular folks doing our best in the Hyderabad real estate market. We take our tea breaks seriously and keep the office door open for anyone with a real question. It's a living.
