We set up our office here in Guntur, right in Krishna Nagar. It is in Revenue Ward 5, which is a pretty standard part of town. We mostly work on training and skills for people who want to improve their chances of finding work. A lot of people around here want to learn new things but they don’t always know where to start. We have a small team at 3-29-54/15. It isn’t a massive operation, just a few rooms where we get things done every day. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get through the work. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated, just teaching skills that people can actually use in real life. Guntur has a lot of people looking for jobs, and we think helping them learn a bit more is a good way to spend our time. We do not spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a friend. It is practical work. We deal with various types of training depending on what people are asking for at the time. The building itself is nothing special, just an ordinary house that we converted into a workspace. It is comfortable enough for us and the people who visit. We have been here for a while and know the local area well. Just simple, honest work happening in Krishna Nagar.
