Sinbin Technologies Private Limited is set up in Kalyan Nagar, Phase 1. We are on the first floor of Apoorva Nilayam, which is at Plot No. 31. This is in the Vengalrao Nagar area, zip code 500018. It’s a nice enough spot. The office is basically just a few rooms converted into a workspace. We have some computers and a table for meetings. It’s not a very big operation. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how everyone likes to do things. The building is easy to find if you know the landmark, but otherwise, you might drive past it. It’s a bit of a mixed neighborhood with houses and small businesses. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or when they take breaks. As long as the work gets done, it's fine. We handle various tech projects. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big task. There are cables everywhere and we have to be careful not to trip. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just want a place where we can sit down and focus on the technology we are building. It’s worked out well for us so far in this location. The landlord is decent too.
