Our office is located at Plot 476 in the Khanamet area, near Hitech City. It’s a bit of a specific address with the survey numbers, but once you get here, it’s easy enough to spot. We’re in a part of Hyderabad that has changed a lot lately. There are new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a small building where we handle all the property management and development tasks. It’s mostly just a place to keep the tools, the blueprints, and the computers. We aren't the type of people who spend all day in a climate-controlled office. We’re usually out on the plots, checking the boundaries or seeing how the work is progressing. The office is our home base for when the sun gets too hot or we need to finish some paperwork. We have a small team, and everyone wears a lot of different hats. One day I might be looking at legal documents, and the next I’m helping out at a site. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We prefer this direct way of working. It saves time and helps avoid misunderstandings. We’ve been working in the Khanamet area for a while now and we know the land here pretty well. We just take things one project at a time and try to do an honest job without making things overly complicated.
