Our office is tucked away in Apartment 2A on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 8_2_293_82/B/55/A, but once you find the spot, it’s a pretty quiet place to work. We are a small group of developers. Banjara Hills is a busy part of the city, so being here keeps us close to everything. We don't go in for flashy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the development projects we have on our plate. It’s mostly about making sure the plans are right and the builders are doing what they should. Sometimes we spend hours just looking over maps and numbers. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s part of the job. We’ve been around for a bit and have seen how much this area has grown. We try to keep things simple and avoid the usual corporate talk. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we build things. There’s always a lot to coordinate between the different teams we work with. It’s a lot of phone calls and quick meetings in the hallway. We like the work though. It’s satisfying to see a project go from a drawing to a real building. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one day at a time, right here from our little office on Road 12. It keeps us busy enough.
