Silicon Access Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 266 in Maruthi Nagar, Badangpet. It’s a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here since we set up shop. The office is pretty straightforward. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts that everyone talks about. It's just rooms with desks where we get our work done. Badangpet is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a solid location. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. The internet connection is usually good, which is the main thing we need. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup to keep the machines running. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we do our business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks during the break. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We talk about cricket or the weather while waiting for files to download. It’s a very local feel. We don't wear suits or anything. Just casual clothes and a lot of focus. It's a busy life, but we like being part of the community here in Maruthi Nagar. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without any drama.
