SIKARA AVENUES LLP

We have our office set up on Road Number 78 in Jubilee Hills. It is a nice enough area to work in, even if the hills and the narrow streets make finding a parking spot a bit of a headache sometimes. We are specifically at Plot Number 238-III. It is a pretty standard, basic office space where we manage our various avenue projects and land deals. Jubilee Hills is known as a bit of a prestigious spot in Hyderabad, but we really try to keep things down to earth and practical inside our own four walls. We spend a massive amount of time on the phone talking to different contractors and suppliers throughout the day. There is always someone coming or going through the front door. The small tea stall just down the street is where we usually end up when we need a quick break from looking at computer screens all day long. We do not have any slick brochures or professional photos. Most people find us because they are interested in the same plots of land that we are currently working on. It is a lot of coordination between different parties. You have to talk to a lot of different people just to get one single project off the ground. We have had this office for a good while now, and we are very used to the daily rhythm of this neighborhood. The mornings are usually quite quiet until about ten o’clock. Then it is non-stop work until the evening.
