You can find us over in Hydernagar, specifically at Plot No. 761 in the KPHB area. Our office is in Flat No. 202. Being in KPHB means there is always something happening outside, as it's a very crowded and active part of the Rangareddy district. Sibics Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation, which is why working out of a flat suits us just fine. It’s a one-person company setup mostly, but we have people helping out. The room we use for work is filled with monitors and cables. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s where the actual work happens. We handle different kinds of software projects from this small space in Telangana. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us sitting in front of our computers for most of the day. Sometimes we take a break and go down to the local tea stall nearby. It’s a very practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a big office building. We like it this way because it’s direct and simple. We don't have to worry about dress codes or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive through the week.
