Shujat Khan Construction And Developmentllp is located at 6.2.44 in the AC Guards area. It’s an older part of the city and it has its own pace. The office is right in the middle of it all. We have been working from this location for quite some time. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. There’s always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a project. Since we handle construction and development, our days are rarely the same. One day we might be stuck in the office doing budgets and the next we are out in the mud at a site. AC Guards is a busy place and parking is always a bit of a gamble. We don't bother with much fancy furniture or anything like that. We just have what’s necessary to get the job done. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and site plans. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a marketing team. We just rely on the work we’ve done before to speak for itself. It’s a small group of us and we’ve been working together for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next task. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up. It’s just the nature of the development business in this part of the city. We enjoy the work and the people we meet every day.
