Shubhashni It Services Private Limited is right in the middle of Madhapur, at Flat No 301, H.No:1-98/8/9/A. We’re on Image Garden Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Hyderabad. Being in an IT hub like Madhapur means there’s always something going on around us. Our office is just a regular flat where we’ve set up our workstations. It’s not a shiny glass building, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We handle all sorts of IT-related tasks, mostly things that require a lot of concentration and patience. We’ve been here for a few years now. The team is small, so we don't have much of a hierarchy. Everyone just does what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big problem to solve, but we usually try to keep normal hours. We aren't interested in using a lot of buzzwords to describe what we do. We just fix computers, write code, and help people out with their technical issues. The kitchen in the flat is where we usually hang out during breaks, drinking way too much tea. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have a marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run a business in a busy city. Most of the time it’s just quiet typing and the hum of the air conditioner.
