Our office is located at 176 A/D in MLA Colony, which sits on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. Shrunitha Developers LLP is the name we use for our business here in Hyderabad. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to some of the other parts of the city. We like it because it lets us get our work done without too much noise. We spend our days looking at land papers and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with our development plans. It’s a lot of sitting around the table and talking through problems. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that on the walls. It’s just us working through the piles of documents that seem to grow every week. Sometimes we go out to look at sites, but we always end up back here on Road 12 to finish the administrative side of things. The office has been our home base for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Being in the 500034 zip code area is convenient for getting around the city. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to make it more complicated than it is. We handle the projects as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s just regular work for a group of people trying to build something in the city. We stay busy and mostly keep to ourselves.
