Our team is based on the third floor of Susheela Pride. That is a building on Road Number 7 in Jubilee Hills. Shrii Dhathri Projects is an LLP, which basically means a few of us joined up to run this thing together. Shaikpet and Jubilee Hills are busy areas, so we are always right in the middle of the action. The office is usually cluttered with site maps and folders. We don’t have any of those modern office features like a ping pong table. We just have desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We started this because we all had experience in project work and wanted to do it on our own terms. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to act like we’re a huge firm. We’re just a local group of partners. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and visiting sites to make sure things are being built right. Parking around here is a huge pain, but the location is good for meeting people. We’ve had some projects that went smoothly and some that were a total headache. That is just how it goes in this industry. We don’t do any big advertising. We just rely on the work we’ve already done to get more. We’re just trying to be a reliable business that people in the city can call. We keep it practical and real.
