The building itself is easy to spot once you get onto the right stretch of road. Inside the office, things are usually pretty quiet until the site supervisors start calling in with updates. We deal with a lot of infrastructure work, so there is always a stack of blueprints or some legal documents sitting on the desks. We have been working from this spot for a while now. It’s a good location because it’s central, making it easier to reach different parts of the city when we need to inspect progress. Sometimes we sit around the table just trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. It feels more like a group of people just trying to get things built. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything. Most of what we do comes from just being present in the local area and keeping our heads down. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now.
