Shri Hara Developers Private Limited is situated at House Number 6-6-514 in Gandhi Nagar, Secunderabad. This is an older part of the twin cities. The streets are a bit narrow and there is always something going on. Our office is a simple place where we manage our development projects. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be looking at site plans, and the next day we are out talking to the city officials or checking on material deliveries. Gandhi Nagar has a very local feel to it. There are a lot of small shops and residential houses nearby. Our office isn't very modern; it has that typical Secunderabad look with old fans and sturdy wooden desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites. The work is mostly about coordinating people and making sure things are built according to plan. We don't go for flashy branding or polished presentations. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they see our signs at a construction site. It is honest work and can be quite tiring, especially during the monsoon when things get muddy. We just keep at it and try to finish what we started. The 500003 area is home to us and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands.
