Our office for Shri Aparaajitha Developers Pvt Ltd is located at Dr.No.8-2-701/1 on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. We are right beside Elbit Hospital, which is a very easy landmark for people to find. This part of Amrutha Valley is quite busy, and being on Road No 12 means we are right in the middle of a lot of development. Even though we have "Pvt Ltd" in our name, we still run things with a very personal touch. We have been working out of this Banjara Hills location for a while now, and we’ve seen the whole area grow and change. The office is a professional space, but we try not to make it feel too cold or corporate. We want people to feel okay just walking in and asking questions about what we are building or developing. Our team is usually busy with blueprints or paperwork, but there is always someone around to have a chat. We focus on projects around this valley and the surrounding hills. It is a lot of coordination with different people, and things can get a bit hectic, especially when we have several things going on at once. But we enjoy the work and the fact that we are helping shape the local neighborhood. We are just local developers trying to do solid work right here in our own backyard.
