Shreya Developers operates out of the Manjeera Majestic Commercial Complex. We are in Flat Number 706, right on JNTU Road in KPHB. If you’ve ever been to Kukatpally, you know how crowded it gets around here. It’s a good spot for us though because everything is nearby. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the different development projects we have on our plate. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on material costs. The office in the commercial complex is where we hide away from the noise of the street to get the billing and planning done. It’s a lot of practical work. We don't really have time for those fancy mission statements you see elsewhere. Our goal is just to keep our projects moving forward without too many delays. Sometimes we have to stay late because a delivery was late or something at a site didn't go as planned. That’s just part of the job. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a local development firm trying to navigate the busy Hyderabad market. We keep our doors open for anyone who wants to talk about building work or needs to see how a project is coming along.
