Shreeven Builders And Developers Llp is located over at 1 1 380/10 in the Ashok Nagar Extension, near Bakaram. It’s a decent area, and our office is just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle both building from scratch and developing land, which keeps us pretty occupied. There is always a lot of paperwork with land development, but we prefer the actual building part. Watching a structure go up from nothing is the best part of the job. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits to work. Usually, we are in jeans and dusty shoes because we’ve just come from a site visit. We don't use fancy marketing language because it doesn't really mean anything when you are trying to lay a foundation. We just tell people what we can do and how much it’s going to cost. Sometimes we make mistakes, like anyone else, but we always make sure to go back and fix them until they are right. That’s just how you stay in business in a place like Bakaram. Our team is a mix of younger guys who are fast and older guys who have seen it all before. It’s a good balance. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines on it. We keep our heads down and keep building, one project at a time. It’s how we’ve always done it here.
