Shasar Constructions Private Limited is located at Door No 16-11-20/11 in Saleem Nagar Colony. We’re right in the heart of Malakpet, Hyderabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been operating here for some time now. Our work is mainly about construction and making sure projects are handled properly from start to finish. We don't have a big, fancy headquarters; it’s just our office here where we do the planning and meet with the crews. Malakpet is a good place for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily. The construction business has its challenges, like dealing with material costs that keep changing or finding the right workers for a specific task. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving. We aren't into making big speeches or using corporate jargon. We’d rather just talk about the actual work, like how much cement we need or when the next truck is arriving. It’s a straightforward approach. Most of us here have been in this line of work for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built in Hyderabad. We just stick to what we know and try to do a solid job on every site we take on. Sometimes we're in the office, but more often than not, we are out checking on the progress of a building. It’s just how we run things around here.
