Our office is tucked away at No. 182 Sripuram in the Malakpet area. Sevate Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us sitting at desks with our monitors glowing all day long. It is not one of those huge tech parks you see in the news. It is a lot quieter here, which helps when you are trying to figure out why a piece of code is not working right. We deal with all kinds of software stuff, mostly sitting through long hours of troubleshooting and testing things out. The room usually has a few coffee mugs sitting around and some tangled cables under the desks. Malakpet is a busy place, so there is always some noise from the road, but inside we just focus on the screens. We started this because we knew our way around computers, and it just grew from there into a real business. It is pretty straightforward work, really. No big corporate meetings or fancy suits, just regular people trying to build things that work on a computer. Sometimes the internet acts up or a project takes much longer than we thought it would. That is just part of the job. We keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever task is on the list for that morning. It is simple but it keeps us going.
