We are Serene Park Constructions Llp, and you can find our office at 5_4_187/3 & 4, Iiird Floor, Soham Mansion, M.G. Road. Being on M.G. Road means there is never a quiet moment outside. We’ve been working from this floor for a while now, mostly coordinating different building projects. Construction is a lot of trial and error sometimes. You think you have the timeline figured out, and then the cement truck gets stuck or it pours rain for three days straight. We spend a lot of our time on the third floor of Soham Mansion looking over plans and making calls to vendors. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage a construction site and keep things moving. The walls of our office are covered in sketches and schedules that always seem to be changing. We deal with the daily grind of city building, which means permits, inspections, and a whole lot of paperwork that nobody enjoys but has to get done. It’s dusty work once you get to the actual site, but someone has to do it. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s pouring a foundation or finishing up the plumbing. Every day brings a new problem to solve, and we just tackle them as they come.
