Serendipity Projects Private Limited

Serendipity Projects Private Limited is situated in Banjara Hills, which is one of the more well-known parts of town. Our office is at H No 8-2-624/A/1, specifically on Level 1 of MB Towers on Road No. 10. It’s a good location, though the traffic on Road 10 can be a bit much during rush hour. We handle various projects, mostly in construction and development. The office itself is quite functional. We have a main room where we all sit and a smaller area for files and plans. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy furniture because we’d rather focus on the work itself. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project timelines. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do. Serendipity is a bit of a long name, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a big flashy firm with a PR department. We’re just a group of people who know how to get things built. Working in Banjara Hills means we are close to everything, which is handy when we need to meet someone quickly. We’ve been in MB Towers for some time now and it feels like a solid base for us. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep our heads down. It’s a decent place to work and the coffee shop nearby is actually pretty good too.
