Sensation Spar Skyscrapers Private Limited

We are Sensation Spar Skyscrapers Private Limited. Our office is set up on the 4th floor of the Saha Building, which is right near the Hotel Minerva Grand in Banjara Hills. It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so it helps when people are trying to find us at 8-2-616/1. Being in Shop 3B on that floor, we have a decent view of the street. We work on skyscrapers and big building projects, which keeps us pretty busy most of the week. Banjara Hills is a crowded place, and finding parking can be a real headache some mornings, but we like being in the middle of everything. We aren't a massive team, just some folks who know how to put buildings together. We don't have a big reception area with fancy coffee or anything. It's mostly just desks, blueprints, and people talking on phones. We deal with the construction side of things and the planning that goes into these tall structures. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and site visits. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and you can see it right outside our window. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Most days are spent looking at designs and checking on how the different sites are progressing. We don't do much advertising. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our name on a project site somewhere in the city.
