SENSATION INDIRA PB INFRA PROJECTS LLP

Our office is on the 4th floor of the Saha Building in Banjara Hills, which is a pretty well-known spot because of the Hotel Minerva Grand right nearby. We go by the name Sensation Indira PB Infra Projects LLP, though most of the time we’re just a few people sitting around desks covered in site plans and project notes. The address is Shop no. 8/2/616/1, but since we are up on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below. Banjara Hills is always crowded, and finding a place to park is a daily struggle that we all complain about. Inside the office, things are fairly simple. We have a couple of computers, a printer that sometimes acts up, and a small area where we can sit and talk about upcoming work. We handle various infra projects around the city, so there’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We don’t really have a receptionist or any corporate decor. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us on the phone or looking over some technical drawings. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s basically just about making sure the projects stay on track. It’s a lot of small details that need to be handled, and we just take it one day at a time without making a big production out of things.
