Senior Computer Hardware Engineer

I’m based over in Gousia Bagh, Karwan, which is in the Tappachabutra area. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know it’s full of old buildings and narrow lanes. I work as a hardware engineer, so my place is basically full of dismantled laptops, motherboards, and a lot of screws that I hope I don't lose. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a workshop where I spend my time fixing things that people have given up on. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the thermal paste or dust inside the machines. I’ve been doing this for a long time, so I’ve seen all kinds of broken parts. Some days are just spent waiting for a specific spare part to arrive from the market. I don’t have a big staff, maybe just a helper now and then. The neighbors often drop by just to chat or ask if I can look at their phone or some small gadget. I try to help out when I can. It’s a bit noisy around here with the local market sounds and people passing by the house. My work area is small and a bit messy, but I know where everything is. It’s a practical job. I just take the machines apart, find the fault, and try to put them back together so they work again. That is what fills my days.
