We have our little shop set up in Quli Qutub Shah Nagar Colony. Most people just call the area Toli Chowki. We handle computers and teaching people how to use them. It's on the second floor of the building, number 9-4-136/2/A. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we have good fans once you get inside. We have a few rows of desks with monitors. Some are newer than others. Kids come in after school to learn typing or basic software, and sometimes we fix laptops that have stopped working. Hyderabad is a busy city, but our corner is mostly families and small shops. We started with just two computers and slowly added more as we could afford them. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to it. We don't have a big sign, just a small one by the door. If the power goes out, we usually just sit and chat until it comes back on. We aren't some big tech hub, just a place where you can learn some skills or get your screen fixed. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our snacks. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and know all the neighbors. It’s just us working hard every day to keep things running.
