If you look for Computer Planet, you’ll find us in Pavaniestates over in Khairtabad. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our shop is in the C-1 section. It’s packed with cables, monitors, and half-opened towers most of the time. We started this place because we liked messing around with hardware. Now it's just what we do every day. People bring in laptops that won't turn on or ask about getting more memory for their old PCs. We sit at the back bench with the soldering irons and the screwdrivers. The air conditioner struggles sometimes when it gets really hot outside, but we manage. We aren't some big shiny retail store. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get fixed. You might see a stack of old keyboards in the corner or some boxes that we haven't unpacked yet. We try to keep things organized, but when three people come in at once with emergencies, the desk gets messy fast. Khairtabad is a good place to be because everyone passes through here. We see students, office workers, and even people from the nearby apartments. We don't have a big speech ready for customers. We just look at the machine, tell them what’s wrong, and say how long it’ll take. That’s usually enough for the people who come to see us.
