We’re tucked away on the first floor of Plot 51 in Kamlapuri Colony. It’s part of the Srinagar Colony area in Hyderabad. This isn't one of those massive glass campuses you see in the tech parks. It’s a more grounded office where we handle various service tasks. We’ve got computers everywhere, obviously, and enough cables to trip over if you aren't careful. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or talk in jargon much. It’s mostly just fixing things and talking to people who need help with their tech. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but it's good exercise. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The neighborhood is nice, with some trees and local shops nearby. We tend to just get on with our tasks. If the internet goes down, we’re the first to know and the first to complain, just like everyone else in the city. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We don't have a fancy breakroom, just a corner with a kettle. We focus on the work at hand and try to stay on top of the tickets. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town. We keep it simple and try to be helpful without any of that corporate fluff that usually comes with these big company names. We just show up and do our part every single day like anybody else.
