Senapathi Nirman Private Limited is based out of Plot No 223 in HMT Satavahana Nagar. If you know the area, we are pretty much opposite the KPHB Colony in Kukatpally. It’s a very active part of town with a lot of shops and houses nearby. Being in Kukatpally means we are right in the middle of everything. Our office is a simple place where we manage our construction projects. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. Instead, we have desks covered in plans and folders. We’ve been doing this for some time now and we know the local area quite well. The people working here are just normal folks who enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish. We spend a lot of time on site, but this office is where all the planning happens. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic from the main road, but we don't mind it much. We like being where the action is. Most of the time, we are just busy making sure things are moving forward as they should. We don't make big speeches about our values; we just try to be honest and do what we said we would do. If you are ever around HMT Satavahana Nagar, you might see us coming and going. That’s just how we run things.
